We are currently seeking Support Workers to join our supported living division (complex care), supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism who may have and complex needs in their own homes in Peterborough and the surrounding areas.
You must be caring, reliable and enthusiastic to assist our clients to remain as independent as possible in their own homes. Previous experience is required for this role and full support and training will also be provided. You will need to have gained a relevant level 2 or 3 in care and support NVQ or be currently studying this, with post qualification experience in working with challenging behaviour and Autism. Support Workers must enjoy a challenge and be flexible in their approach to work.
