Role Overview & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and assistant role to support the Director of Planning, Performance and Informatics, Director of Audit & Assurance Services and Director of Finance & Corporate Services of NWSSP and other nominated team members, ensuring efficient and effective levels of high-quality service at all times.
We are looking for someone with sound secretarial and personal assistant experience, with excellent planning & organising skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and and the ability to use considerable initiative when dealing with a wide range of people and situations . You should be able to gain credibility quickly and build relationships across mutlidisciplinary groups and be able to work as part of a small team.
