Retail Supervisor - Nisa

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent position and is suited to somebody with a real passion for retail as you will be very hands-on in this role and at the heart of the store. Our Supervisor will work alongside the store manager and the store team to deliver the best possible business standard.

Key responsibilities:

- Driving sales in store and always putting our customers first.

- Providing fast and efficient service everyday by providing support and communicating with the store team on a daily basis.

-Ensuring the implementation of correct store policies and procedure.

- Work to ensure pricing & labelling is accurate and consistent & shelf edge labels clearly relate to that product.

- Work to ensure seasonal displays are fully stocked, displayed well & priced/ labelled correctly.

- Work to ensure stocks are accurate including effective rotation & sufficient availability.

- Must be able to place orders on a daily basis using data given.

- Work to ensure deliveries are accepted and merchandised in a timely manner.

-To ensure deliveries are checked off accurately.

Full training shall be given however previous supervisory experience is essential.

39 Hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00 per hour
