Role Overview & Responsibilities
Enthusiastic hardworking individual required for a farm with a huge diversity of animals and an organic no dig market garden. Applicants must be happy working outside all year round in all weathers.
Duites include all the usual farm jobs. Mucking out, maintaining high levels of cleanliness around the farm, changing waters, etc
Experience in farm maintenance and the use of small machinery such a chainsaw, hedge cutters etc would be beneficial. Competence in trailer towing would also be an advantage.
The farm functions as a working farm but will also serve as a therapeutic setting to help people with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. Therefore it is essential you are comfortable working with members of the public.
The business is in its infancy and so we are looking for a caring and conscientious individual who is willing to commit long term to this exciting venture.

Salary: £14,607.00-£25,000.00 per year
