Role Overview & Responsibilities

Permanent contract and 2x Fixed term contracts | £39,248 to £43,517 per annum (Scale K) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich

Norfolk County Council and Norfolk & Waveney CCGs Integrated Quality Service is seeking to appoint a Quality Monitoring Officer to complete our team. This role would suit you if you have a sound knowledge of health and social care in CQC-regulated services, ideally with experience of quality audit and the ability to prioritise activity according to risk. Signposting and promoting quality improvement in services is key to the role, so knowledge of best practice and resources in the county would be desirable.

A manageable, generic caseload of providers will be allocated but there will also be an opportunity to specialise and take a lead responsibility in a specified area of interest. You will be joining a fantastic, supportive team with a shared ambition to improve the quality of services in Norfolk.
