There are 3 posts available, 2 University of Leicester posts and 1 for Cambridge University, working with Medical Students from the University of Leicester. The hospital is extremely fortunate in having medical students from two different medical schools and with placement numbers increasing over the coming years this provides an ideal opportunity for the successful candidates to develop their teaching skills both at the bedside as well as in the more formal classroom/skills laboratory setting.
The post is suitable for those who have just completed their Foundation Programme training as well as those who have undertaken ST1-2 training. You will be joining a team of existing Clinical Teaching Fellows to become part of a developing faculty that has the specific remit teaching medical students.
