As a Junior React Web Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain user interface components and implement designs provided by key stakeholders.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and ensure the application meets the required standards of performance, security, and scalability. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a supportive environment while contributing to the development of cutting-edge web applications.
We manage three major locality hospitals at North Tyneside, Wansbeck and Hexham, plus a number of smaller community hospitals and clinics from Tynemouth to Berwick on Tweed, in addition to our state-of-the-art Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital, the first of its kind in England. We also care for people in their homes and provide services from facilities in local communities such as health centres. We give people greater choice and control over their care to help them to live independently at home and avoid hospital admission where appropriate. In summary, the post holder is responsible for developing and delivering secure software solutions using modern frameworks and practices initially on a greenfield solution. Working in an agile environment the post holder will be expected to work within a cross functional team and proactively drive continuous improvement in software, techniques and processes.
