Full Time Catering Assistant

SEASONAL CATERING ASSISTANTS

(Come and work at the aquarium by the beach!)

The Oceanarium is looking for hard working, smile making, passionate and motivated Catering Assistants to join the Oceanarium team.

What this role involves:

· Excellent customer service, filled with patience and enthusiasm

· Till work and cash handling

· Food and drink preparation and meeting all food safety standards

· Ensuring that everything is always clean, tidy and inviting

· Making sure that there are fully stocked and well-presented products on offer at all times

What the Oceanarium is looking for:

· Experience of working within a catering environment

· A passion for delivering first class customer service, consistently, no matter the day or the weather

· A willingness to learn, develop and train your skills

· A desire to work in a fast-paced environment where each day is different

· The capability to do all of this while still having a fun and memorable time working here!

You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays and have full availability for all school holidays dates.

Pay Rates:

· If you are aged 21 years and over, its £10 per hour and rising to £11 per hour in April

· If you are aged 20 years under, its £8.50 per hour and rising to £9.35 per hour in April

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £8.50-£10.00 per hour
