Kitchen Assistant

ODEON Islington have re-imagined the cinema dining experience, offering a delicious food and wine selection with food served directly to the comfort of our guests’ recliners. This state of the art cinema will combine cinema with a fantastic bar and food offering, offering our guests a truly unique experience within ODEON.

The Position
To ensure we make a lasting impression, we are looking for passionate Kitchen Assistants who have a desire for providing stellar service and are keen to use their experience to drive their team through success. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the day to day operations of food and beverage as it relates to the cinema.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food quickly and efficiently, to a high standard for our guests
• Working closely with the team to keep the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
• Making sure you are working safely at all times around both the kitchen, and the cinema equipment and reporting any maintenance issues to the manager
• Following all company policies and procedures whilst thinking about our values at all times
• Be involved and contribute at team meetings, thinking outside the box and bringing new ideas to the cinema
• Working closely and effectively with your kitchen manager and taking any and all opportunities to develop in your role
