Customer Service & Brand Ambassador (Russian Speakers)

Odun Promotions is the leading Travel Retail promotional company in Gatwick Airport working in partnership with both Dufry & Leading luxury brands since 2003 to help promoting their products whilst delivering a first class exceptional customer service.

Now Odun Promotions are expanding in Heathrow Airport and in search of unique individuals with a can - do attitude to be the future leaders of the company in Heathrow airport in the near future.

As an Odun representative, whether on Fragrances, confectionery, liquor or Tobacco

*You need to be unique in your approach towards your customers & your collegues.

*You need to have a passion towards customer service and helping people.

*You need to be positive, genuine, energetic, welling to learn and loving the concept of working in the airport.

*You need to be an excellent team player & communicator.

*You need to be flexible with your working hours, as you might be needed to work during evenings, bank holidays, Christmas and weekends.

*You need to be able to work between 5am and 10pm.

*You need to be immaculate with your grooming and sharp.

* You need to be excellent with your Time keeping.

*You need to be able to handle any products sold within the Duty free stores i.e (Alcohol, cigarettes, perfumes, etc....)

*You need to work on full time basis.

* You need to be over 18 years old.

*You need to prove your right to work in the UK and provide last 5 years checkable employment/education history to go through the airport security checks.

*No Criminal record and you will need to provide us with your dbs.

*You need to be Adhering to data protection protocols GDPR.

As a Brand Ambassador you will have an exceptional customer service skills as you will help our customers throughout their journey in Dufry stores to explore & choose from the wide range of products that are available in the stores and assist with their purchasing decisions.

We are looking also for professional Make-up artists.

We are looking for Liquor experts who have a great knowledge of Liquor, used to work as bar tenders and have a vast knowledge in cocktails.

*Please bare in mind that your Airport Security Full Pass might take up to 8 weeks to be obtained*
