Junior Graphic Designer

Odyssey Media Group is an ambitious and fast growing full service agency based in Henley on Thames.

We are looking to recruit a talented & creative designer to join our busy team to work on a variety of digital and print projects. Our work includes retail campaigns for luxury lifestyle branding, new store openings as well as ecommerce websites and business to business marketing communications. Energetic and enthusiastic you need to be a self-starter who is commercially astute and can grow into the role to become a key contributor in our team.

- Creating visual and written content for digital and print executions.

- Ability to combine creative flair with strategic insight.

- Idea generation and concept development (written and visual).

- Presenting concepts to an internal team and clients.

- Adobe CC package, notably InDesign, XD, Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Microsoft Office suite, notably Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

- Delivering detailed, high-quality final artwork.

- Working with, and consulting on brand guidelines, knowing when to work firmly within, and when to push the boundaries.

- Working independently.

- Working collaboratively.

- Working under direction.

- Working in an agency environment.

- Writing clear and detailed proposals.

- Contributing to meetings online and in-person.

- Collaborating with web developers.

- Collaborating with suppliers.

- Creating and updating technical documentation.

- Working to tight deadlines.

Any additional experience in any of the following areas would be welcome

- Knowledge of HTML(5) and CSS(3).

- Working with HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub.

- Running online and in-person training sessions with clients.

- Motion graphics animation.

- Proficiency in After Effects.

- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
