Ojo Rojo are looking for a new Bartender to lead our award winning bar team.
A fantastic opportunity to not only work in one of the best bars in the country but also have the freedom and support to progress with your own creativity and passion.
* Weekly pay with average tips £3000-£5000 per year.
* Monday and Tuesdays off
* Flexible rota
* Opportunity to progress to head bartender very quickly
**MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PREPARING CLASSIC COCKTAILS - YOU WILL BE TESTED AT INTERVIEW STAGE**
Successful candidate would be required to occasionally work floor shifts and have knowledge of all areas of the restaurant; including our Hacienda bar.

Salary: £10.18-£10.42 per hour
