Role Overview & Responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's newest and best value retailer, we are on the lookout for a customer -centric driven and passionate supervisor to join our fast paced retail team.
The key responsibilities are:
- training and developing retail colleagues
- back office responsibilities and administration
- adhering to all legal processes such as health and safety compliance
- process cash banking
- creating a positive environment for both staff and customers
- visual merchandising and replenishment
- loss prevention
The successful applicant will:
- have experience within another value retailer
- be able to part of a team creating a fantastic working and shopping environment
- have a track record of working within an extremely fast paced, high turnover retail environment
- be able to coach and develop staff
- be able to demonstrate customer service skills
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £8.06-£9.80 per hour
Work Location: One location
