Our organisation is looking for a Commander to head up our fast-paced and growing team. The Commander is responsible for the strategic planning, leadership and coordination of all staff, and will be the face of our organisation in front of clients and the general public. This is a fast paced position, requiring exceptional time management skills, dedication to detail and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and apply new directives and procedures.
- Ensure crewmembers are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Plan operations, training, and other military activities.
- Direct the work of subordinates.
- Inspect completed work and materials to ensure that standards are met.
- Use standard procedures to resolve problems related to equipment, personnel, training, or authority issues.
- Maintain military records on subordinate personnel.
Job Type: Volunteer
Salary: £1.00-£2.00 per year
