Waiter / Waitress

Parlour Bar & Eatery is a new independent venue in the heart of Warrington. We are on the lookout for a Waiter / Waitress to join our fab team!

We serve great pizza to our guests using fresh, quality ingredients paired with delicious cocktails and a large bar menu. All of this mixed with funky music, live bands and DJ's.

We are seeking:

· A team player with a positive attitude and enthusiastic in all thing’s pizza and cocktails

· A communicative individual

· Someone who takes pride in their work and providing exceptional customer service, who also thrives on making the guests day.

As Waiter / Waitress your main duties and responsibilities will:

· Being knowledgeable so you can answer and advise our guests on our food & drinks menu

· Being professional and delivering outstanding customer service

· Taking and delivering food and drinks orders

· Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments

· Manage your section while providing the same outstanding customer service to each table

· Up-sell when appropriate

· Arrange table settings

· Always keep your tables and section clean and tidy

· Cooperate and liaise with your managers, bar, and kitchen team

· Follow all the relevant company procedures
