People Solutions have a great opportunity to work as a Drivers Mate for a Major High Street Retailer.

There are early and late shifts available across 6 days (Monday - Saturday).
The early shift is 6am-5pm and pays £10.42 per hour, Monday – Friday. On a Saturday the hours are 6am – 5pm
The late shift is 10.30am-9.30pm, Monday - Friday paying £10.42 per hour and on a Saturday the hours are 7am-6pm
Overtime is paid at Time and a Half after 41 Hours worked.

Day to Day Duties:

As Drivers Mate you will be working as part of a 2 man delivery crew
The role involves delivering white goods and home furniture to customer’s homes
Whilst on-route to Customers homes you will be calling ahead to confirm delivery details
Once in the Customer's home you will be assisting the Driver to unpackage and place product in to position

Essential Skills:

You will need great communication skills as being a Drivers Mate you will need to interact with Customers both on the phone & face to face
Due to the nature of the products you will be lifting you will need to be physically fit
As Drivers Mate it is important to be of smart appearance as you are representing a high end brand

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential
