Perspective Academy is a part of Perspective Studios (A video production company based in Bedford) and is responsible for helping over 350 filmmakers worldwide start and grow their businesses.

As a part of the Perspective Academy, Owner, Ross Welch has a Youtube Channel he is looking to grow (https://youtube.com/rosswelch).

We need someone who can create awesome video content to keep engagement, create eye catching thumbnails and is able to measure their success by tracking data.

If you are full of creative ideas, willing to learn, and passionate about youtube and video content, this is a great opportunity to have a career doing what you love.

All applications MUST include links to at least 2 pieces of work that you have filmed and edited and include a personalised cover letter!

What will you be doing?

• Researching the latest trends to attract new audiences to our Youtube channel.
• Creating engaging video content (Film & Edit)
• Creating eye-catching thumbnails
• Coming up with video ideas and preparing for shoots
• Securing brand deals for the channel.
• Engaging and interacting with channel subscribers.
• Creating content for socials.

Must haves?

• A background with video and editing experience is required, (You NEED to submit work examples on submission).
• A full Valid UK Driving license with access to a car for travel

The role is studio-based, with the exception of film shoots and you will have your own desk in our brand new studio!

Position:
- Full time
- Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (working the very occasional weekend and overtime for selected shoots)
- Pay depending on experience and quality of work
