FLT Driver

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. In addition, the candidate will be required to support picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as required. The job will involve working outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck to move and stack merchandise
• Locate, relocate, and count merchandise in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner
• Check and verify product quantities and descriptions
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the forklift truck
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies
• Support picking, packing, and other warehouse duties as required
• Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Own transport to get to the workplace near Coventry airport
• Ability to support picking, packing, and other warehouse duties
• Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Benefits:

• Competitive pay rate of £12.10 per hour

Full-time position after 12 weeks with stable work hours from 12pm till 9am
