An exciting and rewarding opportunity to enter the pet industry and become a part of our growing business. Pet Pavilion is looking for bright, outgoing and enthusiastic people to be a part of the team in our flagship store on the Kings Road. You must love animals but most importantly, be a quick learner; only those who show true potential will be rewarded with progression. Experience in retail is essential.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducting both Manager and Retail Assistant store duties when required to ensure maximum profitability
- Delivering the best possible customer service to boost sales
- Assisting the Branch Manager in responding to customer complaints, concerns and queries in a helpful and professional manner
- Creating and arranging promotional material and in-store displays
- Assisting the Branch Manager in monitoring and ordering inventory/stock
- Maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Training, and assigning responsibilities to Retail Assistants
- Coordinating the daily bookings for in-branch dog grooming
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £11.25 per hour
