Events Manager

We're looking for an Events Manager to join our elite Brand and Communications Team to work globally within our business to plan and execute our showstopping events. As an Events Manager you will be highly organized, able to work under pressure and maintain an exceptional level of accuracy with your workload. You must be able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders globally to orchestrate companywide events, be highly presentable and have exceptional time management skills.

Role: Full time, permanent

Salary Up to £40,000

Office location: Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PQ

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for arranging all internal events at PHMG
• Corporate arrangements, conferences, CSR and sustainability activity, social and community initiatives, Impact Group coordination, Christmas parties, summer parties
• Responsible for global events budget
• Generating high impact engagement and excitement for our staff across all global offices (Manchester, Leeds, Australia, Chicago, Phoenix and Canada)
• Working with HOIC and Internal Marketing team, you are responsible for coordinating all events across the globe to

What you'll need:

• 5 years experience in industry
• Marketing, Social degree background or similar
• Worked in a fast-paced B2B or similar background
• Global brand experience
• Exceptional communication skills – can engage and speak with stakeholders
• Exceptional planner and organiser
