Then look no further as Portico is now hiring for a Welcome Host on a 9 month fixed term contract, that will be based in Edinburgh, and covering the Glasgow and Newcastle offices of one of the big four auditors!
You will be part of a true family, working in a team of talented individuals across both offices, that will support you in your self-development and any goals that you might have.
The role is diverse. No day is the same as you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything that happens around the front desk. From meet & greet to administration tasks, room bookings and liaising with Office Managers and contractors, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills and acquire new ones.
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, rotating shifts from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Travel expenses to the Newcastle office will be covered.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer & communication skills, a proactive attitude, flexibility and ability to work with different teams and most of all, a genuine passion for delivering a 5-star service at all times in this high-end corporate environment.
The role will be primarily based in Edinburgh. However, regular travel to both Glasgow and Newcastle will be necessary for the successful candidate.
