Painting Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Painting Supervisor to join the Powertherm team. The candidate will carry out Industrial paint and coatings application using airless spray, brush and roller to various substrates (Tank both internal & external, pipework, steelwork, Concrete etc…) This will be a site role covering the country dependant of location of works.

Experience required for the below and duties will involve:

• Industrial paint and coatings application using airless spray, brush and roller.
• Grit Blasting to Sa 2.5.
• Completing of Paperwork (Permit acceptance).
• Understanding or RAMS & COSHH.
• Management of workforce (Putting to task).
• Mobilisation and de-mobilisation of project.

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstratable experience in industrial coatings, ideally has experience of setting up site for scope of work.
• Can problem solve.
• Is a good organiser.
• Has good communication skills.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card (Must have)
• SSSTS (Not essential but is preferred)
• CCNSG Safety Passport (Not essential but is preferred)
• Confined Space (Must have)
• IPAF Training operator (Must have)

The role is full time and is a site-based role, main depot/yard working out is located Ellesmere Port.
