We are excited to announce that due to increased demand we are currently looking for suitable candidates to join our friendly team of knowledgeable tour guides to deliver our Luxury Paris Day Tour operating from London King’s Cross St Pancras up to three days a week.

This position involves regular travel between London St. Pancras International and Paris Gare du Nord and is particularly suitable for candidates with both tour guiding and customer service backgrounds. You will be responsible for greeting groups of customers at London St. Pancras and escorting them on their train journey via Eurotunnel to the city of Paris, France, where they will embark on the guided portion of the tour provided by you. You will also be responsible for providing customers with details, highlights and overall tour structure and managing the tour itinerary as required.

A successful candidate shall be able to demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong verbal communication skills (other European languages are welcome, but not essential)

· A keen an interest and knowledge of history

· An ability to captivate customers’ attention and to engage them with interesting conversation and facts related to their tour

· An ability to continuously improve own performance by collecting and analysing customers’ feedback

· Strong organisation and time-management skills

· A pro-active approach to emerging problems

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £290.00 per day

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• London, N1C 4QP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
