Retail Sales Advisor

Prologue Performance Cycling is a high-end road bike shop and café in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Prologue opened in 2014 and has seen year on year growth leading to an expansion of the business last year with the opening of a new bike showroom within the same location which has enabled us to better display the range of bikes we stock from brands such as Cervelo, Pinarello, Colnago, BMC and Bianchi and to provide an enhanced customer experience.

We are looking to recruit a retail advisor ideally with sales experience to join our team. A good knowledge of road cycling and cycling culture would be preferable with a desire to learn new skills and work as part of a small team.

The Role:

*Deliver excellent service to our customers and use a proactive approach to help understand their needs

* Drive sales

* Gain a high level of product knowledge of the products we sell

* Web fulfilment, stock management and social media content creation
