Phlebotomist / Healthcare Support Worker - Private Sector - Kettering (Northamptonshire)
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pulse Nursing Agency are looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCA's with Phlebotomy experience in the Kettering (Northamptonshire) area with shifts available Monday-Sunday (8:00am19:30pm). Offering competitive hourly pay rates of;
Mon-Fri £18.00
Sat £20.96
Sun&BH £25.78
Working as a Phlebotomist/HCA you will:
- Complete POCT cholesterol checks; height, weight and waist measurements; heart rate and blood pressure checks and record data findings on the system
- Draw two blood samples, labelling and storing correctly
- Check the welfare of the participants throughout their appointments, escalating as required
To be successful in this role you should have:
- A Certificate in Phlebotomy
- Minimum of one year's active experience drawing blood.
- Experience in taking patient observations
- Excellent patient care skills
- Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK
