We are looking for a Supervisor for our brand new Quiz Clothing store opening soon in Whiteley, Fareham.

As Supervisor at our new store opening in Whiteley Fareham, the ideal candidate will:

• Be a self-motivated individual with management experience or looking for the next step up
• Possess good leadership and communication skills
• Have visual merchandising experience
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Be sales driven and commercially aware of the ladies fashion market
• Be fully flexible with regards to hours worked

The supervisor will also be responsible for supporting the day to day running of the store as well as managing stock loss and store profitability. Retail experience is essential and in return we will offer an attractive staff discount rate of up to 50% off. There is also a monthly bonus scheme which offers free clothing if sales targets are met and a real opportunity to make your mark in a well established shopping centre.

Hiring 1 x 20 hours over 5 days. Flexibility required, weekend and evening availability until 7pm is essential
