Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing projects for private developers. We're interested in hiring someone who is adaptable and comfortable working on a variety of projects in a demanding work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project from start to finish.
- Write and review technical documents.
- Observe and provide advice on building codes and regulations.
- Oversee construction plans.
- Prioritise the order in which specific tasks are completed.
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary: £250.00-£300.00 per day
