Role Overview & Responsibilities
A fantastic opportunity to join a highly qualified team and start your career in childcare. The nursery is rated Good with OFSTED and has a 5 star rating with environmental health and food hygiene.
Work as part of a team (in all age groups)
Plan activities
Support Meal Times & Physical Care
Cleaning and promoting good hygiene practices
Communicating with parents and children
Provide a safe environment
Follow policies and procedures
Training Provided
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Building Blocks Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
If successful, you will complete a Level 2 early years practitioner apprenticeship programme, delivered through Building Blocks Nursery's dedicated training provider, Realise.
Realise is an established training provider that’s enjoying an exciting period of growth following a management buyout and rebrand in late 2020.
