Mon-Thurs - 06:30 - 15:00

Friday – 06:30 – 12:00

Contract Length – Seasonal

Location – Red Roofs Nursery, North Moor Lane, Cottingham, East Yorkshire, HU16 4JN

Job description

We are looking to take on 2 greenhouse workers, to start 25th May. The role will be working in a hot greenhouse, handling tomato plants, leafing, picking and trussing along with other husbandry tasks. No experience is required as all on the job training will be provided.

This role is physically demanding so all candidates must be physically fit!

Must be good with your hands and dexterous.

Training

The role of crop-worker is highly skilled, the training process is on the job, done by the trainee crop work supervisor as part of a formal training process with regular feedback. Upon completion of the training, once the quality and quantity of work is of acceptable standard, there will be opportunities for higher levels of pay and more flexibility.
