We have an exciting opportunity for an aspiring engineer to join our growing IT Support business (MSP)
You will have the opportunity to take your career in Information Technology to the next level, within a company that is supportive of growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Logging/Ticketing Incoming Requests
- Answer all queries efficiently via email and/or telephone.
- Administer and maintain corporate customer infrastructure both onsite and hosted within Microsoft 365
- Server administration; monitoring, maintenance, and support.
- Onsite Support as and when required by customers
- Updating technical documentation

Salary and benefits will be dependant on experience and skill set.

Salary: £18,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
