Role Overview & Responsibilities
Greeting clients and visitors
Opening and closing premises
Dealing with telephone enquiries - incoming, outgoing and texts.
Dealing with emails - incoming and outgoing
Taking payments (invoicing and receipting)
Post incoming and outgoing
Ensuring clinic is always clean and tidy
Data inputting
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to follow instructions
Excellent communication with well spoken and written English skills
Must have the ability to maintain relationships with clients, patients and maintain a positive working environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be a team player
Totally trustworthy, reliable and impeccable time keeping
Hours - Some flexibility but between the hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, over three days with no weekends. Some flexibility with total hours worked.

Salary flexible for the right candidate after trial period
