• Pay - £9.80 per hour (£20,384 per year for full time hours) £9.50 per hour for under 18s
• Plus up to £9,500 per year in tips (paid weekly, based on last years figures)

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Waiter or Waitress to join our friendly team at our stunning restaurant in Sandbanks, Poole.

We see ourselves as being in the “cheering up industry” trying to make people smile with great food, drink and experiences.

Our Story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.

Good to know...

Uniform - You’ll need smart black shoes and black trousers. We will provide you with a shirt and apron

Hours - We can be flexible on hours worked per week / day, but we require all our team to participate in opening and closing the restaurant throughout the week, meaning you could be asked to work until 1am some nights. Please only apply for this role if you are able to fulfil this requirement.
