We're looking for a childminder assistant to care for children under the age of 7. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction well, have experience working with children and have excellent communication skills. The right candidate should be comfortable working with a wide range of individuals in a variety of settings, including the school system , have DBS updated plus a minimum of level 3 early year education.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to communicate effectively with children and their caretakers.
• Have a firm grasp on English grammar.
• Be familiar with the children's stories and books that are read to them.
• Be able to develop imaginative games and activities for children.
• Listen carefully to what is being said and respond appropriately.
• Be assertive when dealing with difficult behaviour.
• Be able to manage the setting.
• Organise activities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, SW18 5TU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• childcare: 1 year (required)

Language:

• English and maybe another languages (required)

Licence/Certification:

• EYTS DBS Pediatric First Aid (preferred)
