Role Overview & Responsibilities
To work as a skilled member of the nursing team, to provide a high standard of holistic patient centred care.
Ability to promote patient centred care and establish good relationships with patients and carers.
To communicate effectively at all levels within the multi-disciplinary team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 5 Staff Nurses to join the nursing team on the 15 bedded Critical Care Unit at the Royal Cornwall Hospital.

You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and work closely with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and meet the person specification.
The successful applicants would ideally have experience in caring for the critically ill. They must also be organised, able to respond to changing priorities, and have the ability to work under pressure.
Our proactive Training Department is available to support development needs and job satisfaction for you.
This is a full time post at 37.5 hours per week although part time posts may be available.
