ABOUT

Rubberatkins’ Research and Development Engineers are fundamental to the sustaining and innovation of our products and technical capabilities which support the organisation’s continuing growth. This position is an exciting opportunity to join our accredited graduate scheme and directly contribute to the design, development, and testing of our products alongside industry leading engineers.


RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT AT RUBBERATKINS

You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced engineers who bring our products from customer brief to conceptual design through to testing and into manufacturing. All while ensuring continual commitment to our quality and reliability standards. You will also gain experience in researching and trialling novel concepts and solutions to complex challenges and work collaboratively with other departments in order to strengthen and maintain our global reputation.

  • A master’s degree in an Engineering Discipline
  • A willingness to learn and commitment to Continuing Personal Development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A desire to work within a fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU WILL GET
