We are looking for a new team member who is able to help us sort, pick, pack and dispatch our parcels to our valued customers in an accurate and efficient manner.
Job Description
Warehouse Operative
Schott Packaging Ltd are recruiting for a Warehouse Operator to be a key member in our team.
You will ensure the efficient dispatch of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, help to maintain a clean warehouse and other general warehouse duties.
Key Accountabilities:
- To fulfill customer orders from picking lists, ensuring these are accurately picked, packed and dispatched.
- To operate all equipment in a safe manner complying with all health and safety requirements.
- To store products appropriately in accordance with the warehouse layout.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous warehousing experience
- Be reliable with a positive attitude
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have the ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Be capable of lifting loads of up to 25kg in a safe manner
- Be able to liaise well with the rest of the team
Pay Rate:
- £10.00 - £11:00 per hour (PAYE)
- 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of statutory holidays)
- FLT/Reach-Truck license training available for the right candidate

Working Hours:
Typically 8-9 hours per day, between 07:00 - 17:30.
Working Week:
5-6 days per week, rotating roster Monday-Sunday (generally working every other- every third weekend).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
