Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Client experience
-Win clients loyalty.
-Welcome, listen to, understand, shape and satisfy client needs, exceeding their expectations.
-Introduce complimentary services to the client and assist to uplift the average basket sales.
-Apply Sephora Attitude with the use of digital tools to enhance the clients experience.
-Share product knowledge to build the sale and basket.
-Have a friendly and engaging personality in order to foster and maintain long lasting positive client relationships.
Education & Demonstration
-Assist and guide clients on the most appropriate range of products, according to their needs and skin type
-Support your store team in explaining and demonstrating new products to the clients
-Display an exceptional image and body language in accordance with the Sephora grooming guidelines
-Make sure to set example and be a role model at all time
-Know customer beauty pass status, points and current offers
-Introduce beauty pass offers and following right scanning process
-Answer customer questions or referring them to the staff who can best provide answers if the information is specific to a certain product
-Promote Sephora website and other digital tools
-Fix complaints related to beauty pass program
Sales
-Use the Sephora Attitude selling techniques to build and maximize each client’s basket
-Contribute in achieving store monthly turnover
-Contribute to the store commercial and operational KPIs
-Offer 1 from Beauty to GO, including the sale of gift vouchers
-Cross sell products to customers and introduce new products or Animation items
-Introduce complimentary services to the client and assist to uplift the average basket sales
Operations
-Respecting and following Sephora attitude at all time
-Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
-Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debits
-Following all cash procedures as per Sephorapedia, audit guidelines and CEE report
-Maintaining the cash wrap area with all appropriate levels of packaging and supplies
-Maintaining a clean workspace at the cash area, gift wrap and Beauty to GO
-Having a Beauty to GO focus with selling replenishment, pricing, merchandising and cleanliness
-Updating discrepancy file, shift summary reports and other cash related processes
-Flexibility and the ability to work with a schedule that may be different from week to week
-Support your store team with merchandising procedures ( testers, prices, animations and stock room, beauty hub tools, etc according to Sephora standards
-Display an exceptional image and body language in accordance with the Sephora Grooming Guidelines
-Assist your store in all departments where necessary ( operations other axis)
-Contribute to the overall store’s image through cleanliness and product restocking
-Contribute to improving on audit finding
Experience
1 or 2 years’ experience in sales and operations
English Fluent
Basic Math/Excel
Attentive to details
Good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- East London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
