Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our organisation is seeking a Support Worker to help our team provide professional and responsive care services. The Support Worker will be responsible for assisting clients in the home, attending client meetings and communicating with families about clients' needs and progress. A strong Support Worker must be an excellent safety monitor, a dependable team member and a patient problem solver.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to home-based patients.
- Ensure the health and well-being of the patient.
- Understand the disability and health conditions of the patient.
- Provide the right care and support to the patient and the family by arranging for necessary and timely services.
- Cooperate with other care providers on a professional basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
