We're looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work within the IAPT service providing high volume low intensity interventions to people with mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders.
Talking Change is a well-established and high performing Increasing Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) service provided by Solent NHS Trust and commissioned by NHS Portsmouth CCG. The service was launched in 2009 to provide evidence based psychological interventions for the population of Portsmouth in primary care.
The Step 2 team in Talking Change provide both telephone and face to face support to clients undertaking self help programmes and lead psychoeducational workshops and courses in a range of areas. PWPs are encouraged to develop an area of special interest, consistent with service need, and to contribute to the overall development of the team and services provided.
