We are looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about providing patient centred care and enthusiastic about supporting patients to rehabilitate, increase their independence and promote quality of life.

Our patients have a range of acute and long term neurological conditions that have had an impact on their physical and cognitive state, we work as a team to assess, plan and provide personalised care for each individual to aid any possible recovery.
You will be responsible for maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our inpatients, through assessments, delivering personal care whilst promoting privacy and dignity and sharing information/observations with the nurse in charge. Supporting patients with their nutritional, skin, continence and mobility care as well as tailoring communication to suit the needs of the individual.
37.5 hours per week, part time will be considered for 22.5 hours and above. Hours will be worked on a shift pattern each week.
