Role Overview & Responsibilities
Did you know that Solent Child and Adolescent Mental Health team in Southampton has a wellbeing hub that is a collaborative group of services made up of CAMHS, Yellow Door, MHST, No Limits, BRS, Autism Services and future parent/carer peer support and Early Help. Within the Wellbeing Hub, these teams come together to read and review referrals for children and young people in Southampton who need additional support in emotional wellbeing and mental health. The aim of the service is to listen and understand the child/young person's presentation and needs and to identify the most helpful service within Southampton City who would be able to support the child, young person and their family as well as arranging to see young people for urgent assessment.
To grow this wonderful team and progress individuals working in the hub we have some new exciting career opportunities.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual to join us in a development role where training and support will be provided to enable the right individual to progress up the career and salary bands over an 18-month period. Fantastic training, mentorship and support will be wrapped around the right individual as they grow into both clinical and operational management.
