Role Overview & Responsibilities
An opportunity to work within the Learning & Development Department as a Training Administrator has arise. This position will be based at our Derriford Training Centre.
Undertake the booking requirements for conferences and accommodation for the Training Managers, Clinical Operational and College Tutors and Students.
Provide joining instructions for all internal courses as required by the Training Manager or Clinical Operational and College Tutors; prepare and dispatch associated learning material.
Co-ordinate room allocation for courses at the Training College, and at various sites internal and external to the Trust
Record basic information relating to training records both manually and using the NHS Electronic Staff Records IT System (ESR), in conjunction the other Training Administrators.
