Role Overview & Responsibilities

Are you ready to take the step into leadership? We are looking for an exceptional Early Years Educator to continue to drive improvement in our early years. In October 2022, our EYFS was graded Good by Ofsted, but we are driven to have an Outstanding provision. You will work alongside our Head of School to support children's development in all aspects of the EYFS curriculum.
To be successful, you will develop effective practice and ensure high quality provision for all children by reflecting on skills developed through observation and support.
In addition, you will work in partnership with parents and to value and utilise parent's contribution to support children's well-being, learning and development as well as develop and improve the quality and effectiveness of the EYFS by working collaboratively.

- For any posts that require a DBS check, if you have lived outside the UK within the last 5 years, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct or a police certificate from the country/countries you have resided in (Criminal overseas check. Kindly note that this is at the expense of the candidate, as well as any costs involved for translating into English
- Pay Scale MSP / UPS £28,000 to £43,685
