Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Solent Mind have an ambitious programme of growth for their NHS Talking Therapies service (rebranded from IAPT - Jan 2023) and are advertising for an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative, enthusiastic and can do team.
The NHS Talking Therapies service, locally known as italk, is going through a period of continued growth to meet growing psychological & Talking Therapy needs to support delivery of local and national plans.
The delivery of high quality marketing, promotion, product development and communications of the italk NHS Talking Therapies service is key to the future success and delivery of the service.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to join the team to lead on this work.
Reporting to the Change & Delivery Manager / Lead (inc. Marketing), this role will focus on the development and delivery of the marketing, promotion and communication needs of the service.
Initial focus will include building on existing marketing, promotions and communication solutions in place, but more importantly take a lead on developing this part of the service to be recognised as a key strength of the service.
