An exciting opportunity has become available for a part time receptionist to work 30 hrs, Monday to Saturday to join our established team to provide administrative support at our practices in Plymouth and Saltash.
The ideal candidate must be a flexible, friendly, motivated and a forward thinking individual with excellent people and communication skills. Computer skills and the ability to work under pressure are a must in order to provide the level of customer service that our patients deserve.
Some experience in a dental field would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- meeting and greeting patients
- answering the phone and booking appointments
- processing payments
- discussing treatment plans with patients
- supporting the clinical team in all aspects of admin
