Responsibilities within your new role

As a valued member of the Bar and Waiting team, you will join a friendly and supportive culture. Your key responsibilities will be to greet customers in a polite and professional manner as well as prepare, clean and set the tables before and after use. You will provide excellent customer service when welcoming visitors and by presenting customers with the menu and available drinks. Throughout your shift, you will attend to the tables and ensure the customers are satisfied with the service. As part of the Bar and Waiting team, you will also assist with customer queries and work closely with other teams within the venue, such as kitchen staff and the front-of-house team.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

As part of the Bar and Waiting team, being prepared to deliver an exceptional customer service experience on a consistent basis is essential. You should also be comfortable with talking to guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner. If you have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work well within a team as well as independently this could be the role for you. Previous hospitality or customer service experience in a 4 or 5-star environment is a massive bonus, but the right attitude is also what really counts.
