Reception Teacher

Step Teachers are looking for a qualified Reception Teacher for maternity cover in Norwich for a long-term role, starting in April.

The larger-than-usual infant and nursery school which was rated 'Outstanding', has core values of trust, joy, hope and honesty. The staff work hard to ensure an inclusive and nurturing environment for the students.

Role:

• Strong knowledge of the curriculum

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons with collaborative work

• Direct and support additional classroom staff where needed

• Supporting children’s learning through individualised care

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom environment

• Ability to assess and report on your key children when required

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement effectively

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream primary school experience

• A relevant, subject-specific degree is desirable
