Teaching Assistant - No Qualifications Needed

You don't need any qualifications or prior experience working in schools, just a commitment to the role and a drive to make a difference.

The work will involve going into schools on day-to-day basis and can involve going into multiple schools. This is a great way to gain experience and to build your confidence working in the classroom. As a teaching assistant, you play an important role supporting the class teacher and the students in the class to encourage every student to reach their full potential. Your tasks can include working with and supporting students on a one-to-one, small group or whole class

Requirements

• Consistent work or education history over the last 2 years is essential

• Positive and proactive personality

• A clear passion for working with children

• Strong communication skills with both adults and children

• Experience working with children in any setting
