Job Coach

As a Job Coach you are key to achieving this, you will be building and maintaining a great relationship with your customers. You’ll motivate, coach and challenge them to fulfil their potential and enable them to secure sustainable and enjoyable jobs. So what will you be doing?

• You’ll empathise with your customers and have a passion for supporting them to achieve their ambitions and improve their financial independence by creating their CV, supporting their job search and providing interview guidance and coaching
• You’ll create an action plan for each of your customers
• You will need to committed to working towards our compliance commitments but in return you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing the difference you will make to the lives of your customers
• You'll be working with a great team

What you’ll need;

• Be able to demonstrate ability and experience of coaching and influencing
• Have a genuine passion to make a difference to customers.
• You’ll be great at building rapport
• Good attention to detail & organisation skills are vital due to the compliance needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
