Role Overview & Responsibilities
Established in 1993, we are a leading Merchandise Company based in the Wakefield/Huddersfield area who are specialists in sourcing, branding and supplying bespoke merchandise to a broad range of sectors including: sports, leisure, charity, travel and tourism. We produce officially licensed products for the biggest football clubs in the UK and Europe, making this a really exciting industry to work in!
We are now looking for a Creative Artworker to join our dynamic team. You will provide a broad range of product design to our large customer base, whilst upholding our high standards of customer service that we are renowned for. Ideally you will have experience working with a creative team, working directly with customers, and bringing ideas to life with your design skills and technical ability.
As such, you will have the following requirements (but not limited to):-
- Commercial experience within the creative industry (preferably merchandise/apparel)
- Experience creating Tech packs for manufacturing
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe CS Photoshop, Illustrator and skills in InDesign
- The ability to create print ready packaging is desirable
- The confidence to convey your ideas and to share creatively with the wider team.
- Excellent eye for detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative and to required deadlines
- Creative yet methodological approach to tasks
- Strong understanding of working to specific brand guidelines
- The ability to manage multiple projects of varying scales at any one time
